Seek support if possible, consult your ideas and plans with someone experienced.
Get approval and make sure you have the agreement of your supervisors and students to introduce elements of social competence education.
Strengthen the motivation and awareness of students by pointing out the benefits of teamwork
Provide psychological support and, if possible, find information on the availability of psychological support for students and present it in your classes.
Make a preliminary diagnosis, assess the level of social competence among students. You can use our ASCom scale for this purpose. This step is important for planning the development of competences relevant to your group and monitoring progress.
